Overview
This policy applies only to paid 4K Screen Recorder PRO purchases when paid checkout is enabled.
Refund eligibility
Eligibility depends on the checkout terms, applicable consumer law, purchase status and whether the digital entitlement has been delivered or used. The live terms displayed at checkout take precedence where required.
How to request a refund
Use the Support page and include the purchase email, order reference and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing provider’s rules. Cancellation and refund are separate actions.
Payment provider
Approved refunds are processed through the configured payment provider and may take additional time to appear on the original payment method.
